If you are unhappy with your purchase and hair has not been worn, please send items back to our location within 72 hours of the time it has been delivered to your address.

Please keep in mind all sales are final once hair has been installed, worn, colored , etc. We do not exchange any items, we only offer refunds on items within 72 hours of delivery.  

We don't deliver to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO address.

Before shipping back any items, please email us as we have the right to refuse the package if you send back items without our permission or knowledge.

Indian Original Hair reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

• An irregular or excessive returns history: regarding damage, missing items , etc,

Similarly, Indian Original Hair reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
